29 April 2018 - Wacky Woody's Comedy Magic Show

​Bring your little ones to St Chads for an afternoon of fun and games with the fantastic Wacky Woody's Comedy Magic Show (3pm - 5pm) show and also meet Batman and Rupunzel (2.15pm-2.45pm) from Sci-Fi Hire.

Saturday 5th May - Inspire Youth Zone Official Opening

You’re invited to Chorley’s biggest party of the year, the official opening of Inspire Youth Zone!

 

With a fantastic fiesta carnival theme, Chorley’s brand new Youth Zone is guaranteed to leave you feeling inspired. Simply turn up and have fun! 

From 12.30pm - 3pm the Youth Zone is open to all ages including families. Entry is free! 

Young people aged 12-19 are invited to the Senior Club Opening Evening, try 20 activities including sports, arts, dance, drama, music and much more! Entry is free!

Celebrate National Vegetarian Week at the Chorley in Bloom Open Day.
 

Celebrate National Vegetarian Week at the Chorley in Bloom Open Day. On the day you can; learn how to plant fruit and vegetables, learn how to take cuttings, try new and different crops, get involved with tasting sessions, learn recipes and lots more. 

Everyone welcome, free entry.

Saturday 30th June - Sunday 1st July Blackrod Scarecrow Festival 

Once again Blackrod Village will be teeming with scarecrows waiting for you to visit. The schools will be open with lots for children to see and do.
 
Refreshments are available at many outlets and everything you need to know features in the festival programme available from selling points as you enter the village. In the programme there is a map showing all the locations and entry to a free raffle - all for just £2. Hoping you can join us!

The scarecrows will be waiting for you in Blackrod Village on Saturday 30 June and Sunday 1 July from 10am-7pm.
