Buttermere Community Centre

The following events are scheduled at the Community Centre:

Get Into Cooking -  Wednesday, 23rd January 1-3pm – Learn simple healthy recipes and how to cook on a budget.

Chorley Advice Event - Friday, 25th January 10am-1pm – Are you struggling with money,

uncontrollable debt, housing benefit, Universal Credit, finding employment, accessing online services, using a computer, tablet or smartphone, maintaining a healthy state of mind. If so, there will be services on hand to offer advice and guidance.

 

Children and Family Wellbeing Service – Nurture Group

Starting on Monday, 25th February 4.00-5.30pm at Duke Street Neighbourhood Centre, Duke Street – 6 sessions for children aged 7-11 years.

Enabling children to regulate and understand their own emotions, whilst also respecting the feelings of those around them. The sessions aim to develop new skills and coping strategies that allow them to manage social and emotional demands more effectively.
