I wanted to draw parents attention to the recent death of the 11-year-old boy, Tommie-lee Gracie Billington from Lancaster who has died as a result of the 'Tik Tok Challenge Chroming'.
TikTok has a age restriction of 13+ with material that is for 18 years and above only.
