If you would like your child (Reception to Year 6) to receive the nasal flu vaccine in school please follow this link to complete an online consent formhttps://www.nhsimms.uk/FLU/information?Id=119464&Type=FLU
The vaccinations will take place at your child’s school on Friday 22nd October. The link will close on Tuesday 12th October.
